The things people ask us most, about the grip, the fit, the washing and getting a pair to you. If yours is not here, email us and a person will answer.
The whole footbed is covered in silicone hearts rather than a scatter of dots across the ball of the foot, and the Daisy Co. script is moulded through the arch. That is the part that keeps you where you put yourself on a reformer or a mat.
One size fits most, designed for women. They fit up to a men's AU or UK 8, which is roughly an EU 42, a US men's 9 or a US women's 10.5, about 26.5 cm of foot length. Brand charts differ by up to half a size, so treat those conversions as a guide.
A soft cotton blend in a fine rib, with a lettuce edge frill at the cuff and a small daisy embroidered at the ankle. The grip is silicone, moulded onto the sole.
Cold machine wash inside out, then line dry. Do not tumble dry them. Heat is what shortens the life of the silicone grip.
Yes. They were made with reformer and mat Pilates in mind, and the same full sole grip works for barre, yoga and anywhere else a studio asks you not to go barefoot.
We ship worldwide from two places. Orders to Ireland, Great Britain and the rest of Europe are sent from our Irish stock. Everywhere else is sent from Australia. The cost, the service and the estimated delivery time are all shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders sent from Australia go by tracked international post. Orders sent from Ireland go by standard An Post packet, which is not a tracked service. We say which one applies at checkout rather than promising tracking we cannot give you.
We dispatch within one to two business days. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and the destination, and is estimated at checkout.
Yes, within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and with the packaging intact. Because socks are a sealed hygiene item, we cannot resell a pair whose packaging has been opened, which is why that condition matters.
If you are in Ireland or the EU you also have a statutory 14 day right to cancel, and in that case we refund the standard delivery charge you originally paid as well as the price of the goods. Email us before sending anything back, because we pack from two countries and the right address depends on where your order came from. The full detail is on our returns page.
Email hello@daisyco.co with a photo and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. That is on top of your statutory rights, which nothing in our policy takes away.
Yes. If you run a studio and would like to stock Daisy Co., email hello@daisyco.co and we will send you wholesale terms and the full colour range.
We make in small batches, so a colour can go out of stock before the next run lands. Put your email in the sign up at the bottom of any page and we will tell you when it is back. That list is used for restocks and new colourways and nothing else.
